Founded in 1920 and located in La Rioja, famous for its cured meats. The company is now in the fourth generation of the Loza family. The products from Loza are only made of the best meat for processing pork, only shoulder and belly. The cured chorizo does not have any additives or preservatives and is only made of meat, garlic, salt and paprika. Duroc pigs are the result of a careful process of breeding, rearing and natural food. They offer high quality products with marbling and extremely tasty tender meat .
