Where You Can Build Your Classica

To provide the best oversight for the building of your home, your Builder needs to be onsite as much as possible. To do such, Classica limits the areas where they can build your On-Your-Lot dream home to the Greater Charlotte Area.

Some popular building sites are found throughout Charlotte in neighborhoods such as SouthPark, Dilworth, Sedgefield, Cotswold, Myers Park, Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, Chantilly, Ballantyne and the Providence Road area.

Travel further south and Classica builds in the Union County towns of Weddington, Waxhaw and Wesley Chapel. All three are North Carolina addresses.

Other North Carolina locations for On-YourLot are found northeast of Charlotte in Concord and the University Area. Popular areas north of Charlotte are the Lake Norman towns of Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville.

What If I Love The Floorplan But Not The Exterior Design?

For every custom floorplan designed by nationally recognized architect Dave Kosco of Bassenian Lagoni, Classica offers three to six different exterior styles. These exteriors are crafted by another renowned architect, Todd Hallett of TK Design. Classica is committed to providing the best, bringing together two top architects to create your perfect home.

Do I Pick Everything Out At The Design Studio?

You'll be amazed at all the fabulous things you can choose, including interior and exterior colors, cabinets, tile, counters, trim, carpet, and more. Your Designer will guide you through all the exciting ways to customize your home. You'll also meet with Classica’s appliance and lighting trade partners outside the Design Studio, and you can choose to meet with landscape and audio/video trade partners. Best of all, you'll know the cost of everything you're considering—no surprises.

How Much Does It Cost To Develop My Lot?

Buyers find it a relief to know the starting price of an On-Your Lot Classica home includes a $100,000 allowance to develop your lot. Every lot and every piece of land is unique. Classica will thoroughly vet your lot and you will have a well-studied estimated cost to develop your lot before you finalize your purchase.

How Many Meetings Will I Have With My Builder?

You'll have a pre-construction meeting with your Designer and Builder, who will guide you through the 7-8 months building process. Near the beginning of construction, you’ll have a Home Site and Pre-construction Review to evaluate plans and specifications. When your home reaches the mechanical stage, you'll have another formal review. Classica welcomes you to visit any time and encourages you to request meetings with your Builder as needed. Remember, you have their email and phone number, and they are always happy to answer your questions.

What If Something Needs Attention After I Move In?

If something isn't working properly, Classica’s Warranty Team is prompt, solution-oriented, and provides outstanding service. They care about making it right and making your day easier. Homeowners consistently give them high grades of approval.
