Materiality is a fundamental part of this project, the work with stone, textured white concrete, glass and wood, are the elements that in an artisanal but very technological way defines the project.
El podio de piedra se distribuye en dos niveles, Planta sótano, que alberga un estudio iluminado a través de dos patios, lavadero y garaje con los cuartos de máquinas, y planta baja donde se sitúa el acceso con el salón comedor cocina y aseo.
The stone podium is divided into two levels, basement, which houses an illuminated studio through two patios, laundry room and garage with the engine rooms, and the ground floor where the access with the lounge is located dining room kitchen and toilet.

Hábitat 2018 crece un 15% y supera los 25.000 visitantes profesionales
Hábitat supera sus mejores previsiones. La edición de 2018 de Feria Hábitat Valencia ha cerrado sus puertas en Feria Valencia tras batir sus propias expectativas de asistencia y alcanzar el mejor registro de los últimos años. Superando ya los 25.000 visitantes profesionales, lo que supone ya un crecimiento del 15% respecto al total de la última edición. De este modo, la feria ratifica las buenas sensaciones que día a día han ido transmitiendo tanto los expositores como los profesionales que han pasado por el recinto ferial valenciano.

“SIn duda se trata de un registro excelente para Feria Hábitat Valencia. Volver a crecimientos de dos dígitos no hace sino ratificar el proyecto iniciado el año pasado de recuperar en septiembre para Valencia y para el sector del mueble en nuestro país una feria histórica y referente como Hábitat”, explica el director del certamen Daniel Marco, quien ha querido destacar “el esfuerzo de nuestros expositores y la calidad del escaparate presente en Hábitat, lo que ha supuesto un polo de atracción para un visitante muy profesional, de alto poder de compra y que ha ratificado con su masiva asistencia a Feria Hábitat Valencia como la feria líder en su segmento”.

En este sentido, Hábitat ha reunido en estos cuatro días a profesionales de la distribución, grupos de compra, tiendas de muebles, interioristas, decoradores y arquitectos de prácticamente todo el territorio estatal. Además, destaca también el comprador internacional, que se ha dejado notar -y mucho a juicio de los propios expositores- con el cierre de pedidos y proyectos para el canal contract alrededor del mundo. Hay que recordar que el certamen ha recibido a compradores de 56 países, entre los que destacan prescriptores y ‘project managers’ dedicados al mundo del contract así como responsables de centrales de compra de las grandes distribuidoras europeas de muebles.
A pesar de ser su jornada de clausura, la feria ha mantenido el nivel de sus jornadas paralelas con diversas jornadas en torno a las nuevas tecnologías, el diseñador y el interiorista. Así, se ha celebrado una Mesa Redonda en torno a las interacciones del diseño con la empresa con la presencia de firmas como Actiu, Sanycess o Capdell mientras que al mediodía Hábitat ha acogido el Foro #InnoDesign, que ha reunido a cerca de un centenar de interioristas en un encuentro que ha servido de homenaje a la figura de Fernando Subirats. Pero el plato fuerte de la jornada ha sido la presencia de directivos de Amazon en el stand de ANIEME y FEDAI para impartir unas charlas en torno a las posibilidades del e-commerce en el ámbito del mueble.
