SR. ENGINEER – (PRODUCT & PROCESS) This position offers you the opportunity to actively participate in the development of new products and processes, supporting capacity and site expansions. The position is based in PR and serves the Americas region, including our sites in Costa Rica and New York.

Principal Duties and responsibilities: • • • • • •

Work directly in the design and development of new products and processes Perform product and process characterization Define process parameters and CTQ’s for new and existing products Perform engineering studies and POP’s for new technology Assure products and processes meet the required quality standards Support manufacturing start – up activities for new lines or products

Knowledge, Education, Experience, and skills Required: • • • • • • • • • •

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical). Experience with multi-cavity injection molding processes preferred Minimum of five years of relevant industrial experience Experience in R&D, process development, and/or product development Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries preferred MS degree in Engineering preferred Licensed Engineer and CIAPR member Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus Knowledge in statistical analysis Experience with Minitab

SR. PROJECT ENGINEER Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Provides the project team with leadership, planning, and coordination for all project activities • Defines, manages, and controls the project’s scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risks • Manages project procurements• Support equipment and product performance qualifications• Balances the competing constraints on the project • Maintains a strong advocacy role within the organization; work with the project sponsor to address internal organizational factors that may impact the team, or the quality of the project • Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills Required: • 3+ years of experience in Project Management • 3+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area • PMP or graduate studies in PM is a plus • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize diligently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly motivated, self-starter, and responsible person • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) • Licensed Engineer and CIAPR membe

SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation, revision and analysis of the financial impact on cost for the plant operations and results, evaluation of performance indicators, active participation on production/operations meeting providing guidance to the team. Evaluates product costs and provides solutions for improvements. It is also expected to give support to the overall Finance Department (including Cost Accounting and General Accounting).

EHS ASSOCIATE – Maricao, PR Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Preparation of Safety recordkeeping and reporting for federal, state and local authorities, as well as Corporate. Conduct safety training for OSHA programs such as Hazard Communication, Emergency Evacuation, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, Confined Space Entry, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Fork Truck Safety, etc. (40 SOPs at least annual retraining) Administers the FRESH (Fenwal Recordkeeping for Environmental, Safety and Health) corrective action system. Assist in Incident Investigations. Perform safety assessments for new and existing equipment, and processes/ prepares reports with necessary recommendations to the appropriate parties. Perform HIRAs and Machine Guarding assessments. Administration of PIE (Monthly report) including safety inspections, hazard analysis, CAPAs, and training. Conduct regulatory presentations for employees during Annual Orientation Meeting and new employee induction for EHS. Participate in the Hazardous Material Emergency Response Team. Coordination of drills and team periodic meetings. Assists in the development of our employee safety communication program, including bulletin board maintenance, and information dissemination to keep our associates well informed of EHS activities (EHS awareness program). Provide articles for the Company newspaper regarding safety when needed. Performs Plant safety/environmental inspections (monthly basis) and internal audits. Serve as a guest auditor in corporate audits. This resource is responsible for tracking the inspection matrix by area & inspector, reconcile and analyze gathered data to measure CAPA effectiveness program. Works with Fenwal Plants in EHS optimization projects and support Kaizen events from the EHS perspective. Reviews and updates the Emergency Response Plan and the DOT Security Plan and prepare deployment to the corresponding agencies. Provides support to the Nurses and the Occupational Doctor in the ergonomic assessments. Provides environmental status reports on timely basis for regulatory agencies such as EPA/EQB (Air emissions), PRASA (water treatment plant) and ADS (recycling) among others. Ensures compliance with all Environmental and Safety programs and regulations. Reviews and updates the SPCC Plan, EPA R-form & quarterly storm water report, and assist in deployment to the corresponding agencies. Administers the recycling and waste (hazardous, non-hazardous) management program. Participation and support in audits, internal and external, related to EHS. Other tasks requested by supervisor. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree: Engineering (preferred), Science or Business Administration. Three (3) to seven (7) year experience on related field. ISO 14001:2015 or OHSAS 18001:2007 certified desired, fully bilingual.
