A MESSAGE FROM MS GODDARD
Dear Parents,
Thank you all for your help in making our Sports Day such a success this week I could not be prouder of our children, who all showed determination, perseverance and of course exceptional behaviour throughout the morning’s events Seeing children cheering on their friends and celebrating each other’s successes really shows our Clarence family at its absolute best! Special thanks go to our Tiny Star parents for being excellent bus drivers and of course to all of our CIS staff who have been putting in a lot of work behind the scenes to make days like this possible. I’m looking forward to next year already!
As we reach the end of the academic year, every class will be taking part in special activities to help ease their transition into their new class. Next Tuesday, we will have a “Transition Afternoon”, during which our Blue Sky and Little Star children will visit their new classrooms and spend the afternoon learning what life will be like as they move further up our school. If you have any questions or concerns about transition, or the upcoming academic year, please do not hesitate to book an appointment with me by contacting the office.
Please remember that preschool will be closed on Thursday and Friday next week. Places are available for our full day daycare programme and can be booked via School Stream.

IMAGINATIVE SANDWICHES
Time is creeping up on us and it is not too long until we say goodbye to many of our Rainbow children. Over the next few weeks, the children will be preparing for their Graduation Ceremony and also taking part in activities to support their transition to the next stage of their schooling. We will miss them all so much, but we know they will be moving on to bigger adventures!

Our Blue Sky class have been learning all about food! In their Literacy lessons, the children have been looking at different recipes and this week they began to write their own, starting with some very imaginative sandwich making.
