PORTRAIT – I have extensive portrait photography experience from starting a small business in 2013 photographing high school seniors. Since then, I have photographed many individuals for headshots and engagement photos along with senior portraits. I feel comfortable shooting in multiple locations with different lighting situations and making my subjects feel at ease in front of the camera.

EVENT – My event photography experience is in wedding photography and art reception shows. I feel comfortable entering an event with a camera and asking individuals to pose or stop for a photo. I can easily adjust settings on my camera to fit the lighting situation I am currently in. I am always looking to capture emotion or a great composition when photographing an event.

BROOKS WEDDING

ART PRIZE – Art Prize is a city-wide art exhibition in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This art instillation allowed individuals to write and tie an encouraging note or their hopes and dreams to the “Dream Tent” structure.

R E TA I L –

I have retail photography experience working for a high-end flea market called The Parisian Flea Market based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The flea market is a biannual event that sells gently used upscale home decor. The proceeds go directly to a non-profit named Fair Haven. Fair Haven provides free housing for low-income international visitors seeking expert medical treatment in the United States.

I increased the Market’s public involvement by photographing the furniture and decor for promotional materials and press releases.

FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY – I love studio photography and have recently experimented in my small studio space to learn about unique lighting situations. These photos are simply a product of my experimentation in an attempt to create interesting images.
