Invisible cities
The invisible cities project is about telling a story through design. This project was inspired by Italo Calvino’s book, Invisible Cities. He wrote in detail about different made up cities with drastic themes and environments which were then captured by the project. The main cities that this project is based on is Isaura, a rustic city that stands alone in a buried lake, and Eudoxia, a city so complex it must be navigated by a magic rug. These concepts were first turned into emotion boxes and emotion spaces before being turned into real places.
