Outstanding Leaders Under 40 Travis Wilson

For over 15 years, Travis Wilson has been a recognized leader in the chemical manufacturing industry. As the senior production manager at the renowned Milliken & Company, Travis oversees a team of 118 associates, managers, and supervisors across multiple departments.

Renowned for his exceptional ability to significantly enhance productivity, Wilson is also credited with successfully implementing job training programs that have directly impacted performance, wages, and stable employment for community members.

Wilson has received numerous awards for his contributions to Milliken & Company, including the Magnolia Plant Production Manager of the Year Award, the Magnolia Plant PPI of the Year Award, and the Impact Performance Award.

Committed to giving back to his community, Travis volunteers at the Gaffney Senior Center. He supports organizations like Cherokee County Meals on Wheels and Children’s Home, Inc., to address some of society's challenges.

Wilson is a 2006 graduate of Claflin University, where he studied Business Management. He is the proud father of three boys and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
