JAY BRUST WELCOME TO CJ SHORES!
Jay Brust became a member of our team in October, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have him. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in TI and groundup projects, all rooted in beautiful San Diego, Jay excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to OSHA and California safety standards for CJ Shores. In addition to being an excellent field supervisor, he is a remarkable manager and business development professional dedicated to helping CJ Shores thrivein2025.
CURRENT PROJECTS

CJ Shores successfully finished a 16,082 square foot office tenant improvement inUTC,managedbytheIrvineCompany. Collaborating closely with Cresa Management, CJ ensured that the tenant could move in before the year ' s end. The project scope included the creation of new offices, boardrooms, a breakroom, a reception area, and an open office space accommodating 150 employees.

CJ Shores is completing the renovation of two medical offices located in Vista, CA. Both suites underwent extensive gutting and remodeling to meet the doctors' requirements. The upgrades includednewlighting,flooring,millwork, ceilings, doors, restrooms, and a fresh coatofpaint.
