Topic Project Consenting Richard provided an update on the project consents and the process for CLG input into the Delivery Work Plans (DWPs). Richard confirmed that the authors will pick out the important factors for CLG members. Construction Communication and Consultation Plan (CCCP) The Construction Communication and Consultation Plan was circulated around the CLG members on Friday, 28th August 2015 Carol Greensmith, author of the CCCP asked the CLG to voice any concerns. Concerns around ‘named parties’ in the plan. It implies they are the only properties affected by the works. Carol confirmed the “named parties” are those who made a submission. A full list of stakeholders can be found at the back of the plan. When possible, occupiers will be notified of up and coming work via letter/email. Some residential buildings are inaccessible. It will be the landlord or body corps responsibility to contact their tenants with any CRL communications provided. Comms have started to develop an early works contact database of occupiers by door knocking and asking for information. Translation quotations have been prepared for factsheets. Tim Coffey suggested Korean, Simplified Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Hindi and Russian could be included. Dick Ayres added that Portuguese/Spanish. Carol is considering inserting a section on each factsheet: “If you would like this document to be translated into you language, please contact CRLProject@aucklandtransport.govt.nz” in at least Simplified Chinese and Korean. Tim Coffey suggested using the term “residents” in the document as there are many differences between resident and commercial occupiers/owners. CRL - Minutes – CLG Meeting - 11 August Page 1
