Maintain a Healthy Diet Eat a rainbow! Eating a variety of vegetables each day gives our bodies a wide range of nutrients for better health. We should eat different coloured vegetables every day because each colour carries its own set of unique health-promoting properties.
The Australian Dietary Guidelines recommends enjoying a wide variety of nutritious foods from these five food groups every day and drink plenty of water.
