This year’s event will take place Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 13. The weekend festivities will begin with the Kick-Off Concert on Thursday, October 10.

SPONSOR INFORMATION
This year we invite you to join us for Sponsor Information Sessions. We will provide all information regarding on-site logistics – including on-site access, parking, site map review, and other festival details. We are offering two session times, listed below. Sessions will be located at City Hall on the 3rd Floor.
Thursday, September 26th – 5:30pm-6:30pm
Thursday, October 3rd – 5:30pm-6:30pm
Additionally, Sponsor Boxes will be distributed at these sessions. It is important that you attend one of the sessions times as these Sponsor Boxes include imperative information. If you cannot make it to either of the sessions, please notify our event staff (contact information listed at the end) and we will try our best to make accommodations.

ON-SITE ACTIVATION
We highly recommend that sponsors be on-site all three days of the festival. Below are the festival hours:
Friday, October 11: Noon – 10 PM
Saturday, October 12: 11 AM – 9 PM
Sunday, October 13: Noon – 7 PM
While we allow sponsors to retain creative control over their spaces, we ask that you adhere to the following regulations:
• Sponsors are not permitted to sell any products or services on-site
• Sponsors may not distribute stickers or koozies of any kind
• No amplified sound or music is permitted
Additionally, to order and consume alcohol on the festival site, all attendees must purchase a $1 wristband by showing a valid ID. Wristbands are only valid for the day they are purchased. Complimentary wristbands are available in the US. Foods VIP Area; however, you must show a valid ticket for entry and a valid ID is required.
For sponsors who receive on-site space, below is what the festival will provide:

• Chairs (2)
• Power (as needed)
If you require any additional items, please include them on your onsite needs form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
ON-SITE ACTIVATION

Please click to fill out the On-Site Needs Form and submit no later than Friday, August 16. Below are some things to consider when filling out your form:
• Be sure to indicate if electricity is needed (sponsors must provide their own extension cords).
• Be sure you have lighting for your area as it will be dark during some of the festival hours.
Certificate of Insurance Requirements
All on-site sponsors are required to provide a certificate of insurance prior to arrival and set-up. A sample certificate is provided as an attachment to this email.
Site Access
Our operations team works hard to place each sponsor according to their needs and area of sponsorship. You will receive an access pass and a site map before the festival to help you navigate to your space. To help make the load-in and load-out process smooth and efficient for everyone, please adhere to the times indicated below and on your access pass:
*Load-out times are tentative. GPD will have the final say on when the roads open each night.
NOTE: If you require additional time for load-in on Friday, please let us know by October 1 and we will work with you to make accommodations.
US. FOODS VIP EXPERIENCE
One of the many benefits of your sponsorship is the US. Foods VIP experience, which occurs before and during the festival weekend. Each year, we host a pre-event VIP party and offer an on-site VIP hospitality area throughout the festival. Both of our VIP experiences provide opportunities to network with other sponsors, as well as business professionals and elected officials.
Night of E.A.T.S:
Wednesday, September 25, is our preevent VIP party. This is a night for us to say thank you to our sponsors. Complimentary food and drinks, as well as entertainment will be provided. This is an invitation-only event that will require a RSVP. You will receive your invitation via email.
US. Foods VIP Area:
Throughout the weekend of Bank of America Fall for Greenville, we will have an exclusive area for our sponsors with complimentary food and beverage, a private restroom, and a place to relax. This area requires a ticket for entry. We will provide your tickets for the weekend, as well as any Taste Tickets, in your sponsor box prior to the festival.
EMERGENCY ALERTS
Cancelation and Emergency Plan Policy
Bank of America Fall for Greenville is a rain or shine event. Our team will notify you as quickly as possible if plans change due to severe weather or in the case of an active threat. In the case of an emergency, your on-site point of contact will be notified via text message and email. We will also post any weather or emergency updates on our website and social media outlets.
CODE YELLOW: Severe Weather Watch
In the event of a severe weather watch, the following text alert will be sent to you:
• We are currently under a severe storm watch. We are monitoring weather conditions and will update you accordingly.
CODE ORANGE: Severe Weather - Suspending Event
In the event of severe weather, the following text alert will be sent to you:
• Due to dangerous storm conditions, we are suspending event activities until the threat has passed. Please stop all sales, secure your tent and take appropriate cover now. Seek the closest parking garage or business. We will resume the event as soon as conditions allow. A message will be sent when updates are available.
CODE RED: Severe Weather - Cancelling Event
In the event of severe weather, the following text alert will be sent to you:
• Due to dangerous storm conditions, all event activities have been cancelled. Please stop all sales, secure your tent and take appropriate cover now. Seek the closest parking garage or business. A message will be sent when it is safe to return and begin breaking down.
CODE GREEN: All Clear
Once weather has passed and we receive the all-clear from the Greenville City Fire Department, the following text will be sent:
• The severe storm has passed. The event will now resume.
CODE BLUE: Public Safety Emergency
In the event of an emergency situation, the following text alert will be sent to you:
• This is a public safety emergency. Please evacuate the event site immediately.
CODE PURPLE: False Alarm
In the event of a false alarm, the following text alert will be sent to you:
• The Greenville Police Department has determined that reports of a public safety incident at Fall for Greenville are false. Festival activities have not been affected.
