Public Notification The application was advertised by way of notice on the site and letters to adjoining and nearby owners and occupiers. As a result of advertising two objections were received from two adjoining residents. Their grounds of objection are summarized as: The plans are inaccurate. The developers have removed trees on the property leading to reduced privacy to our backyard. Overlooking/noise due to increased traffic/light spill.
