The lack of integration between internal tools hinders decision-makers from viewing and accessing critical resources simultaneously, which impairs their ability to make fast decisions and delays response times. The inability to share information seamlessly with external agencies delays investigation efforts that span across multiple jurisdictions. There is also a technology gap for their ability to manage traffic videos.
