SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS

To ensure that our staff and contractors meet health and safety regulations, they undergo appropriate trainings and comply necessary requirements such as police checks.

You must also be present at home during the delivery of service. Please call our staff to reschedule if you are unable to be at home during a planned service.

Smoking

We politely ask you to avoid smoking near our staff or contractors during the delivery of service to ensure their health and safety.

Pets

Kindly keep pets under effective control during service delivery. Please remove pets from areas that our staff or contractors will be working in upon request.

Reschedule/Cancellation

We request that where reasonably possible, contact the relevant coordinator within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a service if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.
