New Major Site Plan (NWSP) application to construct a residential project under the Live Local Act on a ±1295-acre property located at 2607 S Federal Highway The project consists of 38 three-bedroom, three-story townhome style rental apartment units with individual attached garages Fifteen units (ie 40%) will meet the affordable housing requirements The project will share interior and exterior amenities with the project’s sister building (The Dune South) giving the residents access to a resort style pool, pickleball court, game lawn, fitness center, and resident lounge.

On the third Friday of the month, Community Outreach selects an area in need of litter pickup The Community Standards team spends the afternoon removing as much trash and debris from these locations as possible. During our first quarter of the 20232024 fiscal year, clean-ups took place at the following locations:
