PROJECTS UNDER REVIEW Town Square Site Plan for North and South Parcels Submittal Date: November 13, 2023 Mixed-use project consisting of 898 residential units and over 23,594 square feet of commercial space.

Pulte Submittal Date: June 13, 2023 Final Hearing Date: February 6, 2024 CRA project consisting of 22 townhomes and 19 single-family homes situated east of Seacrest Boulevard between N.E. 4th Avenue and N.E. 5th Avenue.

3800 S. Congress Avenue Submittal Date: July 31, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $37,424,600 The NWSP application proposes to redevelop the site to construct two (2) multitenant industrial warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 457,026 square feet, with a surface parking lot containing a total of 462 parking spaces and other associated site improvements. The site was developed in 1970 and currently contains a ±125,281 square foot multi-tenant building.

The Dune North Submittal Date: September 29, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $3,000,000 New Major Site Plan (NWSP) application to construct a residential project under the Live Local Act on a ±1.295-acre property located at 2607 S. Federal Highway.

The project consists of 38 three-bedroom, three-story townhome style rental apartment units with individual attached garages. Fifteen units (i.e. 40%) will meet the affordable housing requirements. The project will share interior and exterior amenities with the project’s sister building (The Dune South) giving the residents access to a resort style pool, pickleball court, game lawn, fitness center, and resident lounge.

The Dune South Submittal Date: September 29, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $29,800,000 Mixed-use project consisting of 298 residential units which is comprised of 183 one-bedroom units and 115 two-bedroom units, and 2,595 square feet of commercial space. New Major Site Plan (NWSP) application to construct an eight floor mixed-used building under the Live Local Act on an assemblage of parcels totaling ±2.979 acres located along S Federal Highway. A total of 183 one-bedroom units (i.e. 61%) are proposed to meet the affordable housing requirements. Site amenities include a resort style pool, pickleball court, fitness center, game lawn, and resident lounge.

Ocean Ave. Submittal Date: December 13, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $62,110,000 Mixed-use project consisting of 336 residential units and over 12,000 square feet of commercial space. The development is the first phase of The Villages at East Ocean Master Plan.

Shalimar - 3570 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.

Submittal Date: November 2, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $28,661,840 Mixed-use project consisting of 250 residential units and over 4,000 square feet of commercial space.

Mint Eco Car Wash - 2250 W. Woolbright Rd. Submittal Date: November 14, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $2,350,000 Commercial redevelopment project consisting of a new 4,414 square foot car wash building.

Trilogy MMA - 1550 N. Federal Hwy. Submittal Date: November 7, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $95,000 Interior renovation mixed-use project, with over 5,000 square feet of commercial space.

Sprouts Farmers Market - 2222 N. Congress Ave. Submittal Date: July 28, 2022 Estimated Construction Value: $7,181,220 Reconfiguration of the existing shopping plaza to open a Sprouts organic supermarket.

Broadstone - 150 S. Federal Hwy. Submittal Date: June 23, 2022 Estimated Construction Value: $48,897,134 Mixed-use project consisting of 274 residential units and over 12,000 square feet of commercial space.

PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION Sky Zone - 1730 Congress Ave. Submittal Date: March 29, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $1,781,330 Community commercial zoned indoor trampoline facility, with over 30,000 square feet of indoor entertainment space.

Sushi Bang Bang - 1000 W. Gateway Blvd. #101 Submittal Date: August 14, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $150,000 Sushi Bang Bang is located within the Quantum Park at Boynton development in the Planned Industrial Development (PID) District, with over 1,800 square feet.

Nothing Bundt Cakes - 1780 N. Congress Ave. #200 Submittal Date: April 12, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $200,000 Mixed-use suburban district mercantile small interior tenant improvement for a retail bakery chain comprised of 1,835 square feet.

Byrd’s Chicken - 1313 W. Boynton Beach Blvd. #4 Submittal Date: May 16, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $50,000 Interior renovation of an existing fast casual restaurant, with over 1,000 square feet. Byrd’s Chicken is located within the Cross Creek Centre development in the Planned Commercial Development (PCD) District.

Homing Inn - 2821 S. Federal Hwy. Submittal Date: April 28, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $500,000 Interior renovation of an existing motel which currently consists of 104 rooms.

WXEL Addition - 3401 S. Congress Ave. Submittal Date: October 25, 2023 Estimated Construction Value: $5,738,703 Expansion of the WXEL Broadcast Studio, which will include a new Cultural Center.

Publix Distribution Center Expansion - 5500 Park Ridge Blvd.

Submittal Date: May 24, 2022 Estimated Construction Value: $77,628,896 Addition of approximately 500,000 square feet warehouse space to the existing distribution center.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS MONTHLY STREET CLEAN-UP On the third Friday of the month, Community Outreach selects an area in need of litter pickup. The Community Standards team spends the afternoon removing as much trash and debris from these locations as possible. During our first quarter of the 20232024 fiscal year, clean-ups took place at the following locations:
