Discover the joy of making Music Together! Sing, laugh, move, and learn along with your baby, toddler, or preschooler for 45-minutes of pure fun each week in these award-winning classes.

• Bond more closely with your child through song.

• Make new friends for both you and your little ones.

• Support your child’s overall development, knowing that music learning supports all learning.

• Help your child learn to sing and dance as naturally as they learn to walk and talk.

• Have loads of fun, because children teach themselves through play.

We bring families together in a warm, supportive environment with the goal of having everyone feel comfortable singing, dancing, and jamming. Because young children learn best from the powerful role models in their lives, our engaging classes show parents and caregivers how to help their children become confident, lifelong music-makers just by having fun making music themselves. Classes are mixed-age so that siblings can be together. Infants under eight months on the first day of the session attend free with a paid sibling. Participants receive a CD, a code to download the music, an illustrated songbook, and parent education materials.

In Season Training

ages 10 & up

A lot of our athletes play multiple sports, which we highly recommend. However, it’s crucial to continue training during the season. Failing to train during the season can result in losing the gains you made during the offseason training program. Each sport has different offseason training programs focusing on stretching, mobility, and resistance training. During the season, you can have up to four sessions per week. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t fit in all four sessions; we understand your season will likely be chaotic. We encourage you to aim for at least one day of full-body resistance training and one day of mobility and recovery training each week. We have outlined programs for each specific sport to help you maintain and build on your progress. Trainer to kid ratio is 8:1.

We start each athlete out with a program, Game Speed Agility. At Next Level Athletes we believe the foundation of every athlete should be built from the ground up. Once that program is completed, we focus on specific programs based on the athlete’s abilities. We have programs dedicated to the following listed below. Within these training programs, we have subprograms that are advanced just for the specific sport. Game Speed Agility is a four week program that finds each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. During this time, we establish benchmarks where we evaluate each athlete. Trainer to kid ratio is 8:1.
