March 2022 Update

The City of Fort Pierce, in partnership with Florida League of Cities University, conducted a mandatory Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion interactive training for managers and supervisors. An anonymous survey was disbursed, resulting in 66% of the participants responses. After the training, several employees expressed interest in becoming DEI Champions. The upcoming DEI Champion meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
