August 2022 Update

Audubon began the subsurface debris removal process with a contribution from the FPRA and DEP approval has been obtained.

Audubon must meet the following deadlines for Phase I as outlined in the agreement:

• Closing date: April 7, 2022 (date deed recorded in OR Book 4804, Page 2930) • Deadline to submit application for building permit: August 22, 2022 - COMPLETE • Commence construction of Phase 1: February 17, 2023. • Complete construction of Phase 1: July 7, 2025. (7/5/25 is a Saturday
