NEW PROJECTS THE MANOR: ASSISTED LIVING The Manor located at 4201 S 25th Street is a newly constructed assisted living facility on South 25th Street just south of Fort Pierce Central High School. All of the rough inspections (beginning stages) have been completed and finish work is underway in preparation of the final inspections.
THE SANDS A major renovation is taking place at The Sands located at 2750 S US Hwy 1. All twenty buildings are being renovated with new windows, new siding, and other exterior façade improvements. The electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems inside each unit are also being renovated. Improvements are ongoing with work being phased by building.
