This project its a space where the native languages that have been heard across this mexican region converge. It’s a point of contact among cultures integrating this territory. The space is wrapped by a ‘’skin’’ of wooden elements of various heights, thus promoting visualizing through a lattice limited by the contour of the structure.

ARA- Access rampVV
From the outside, the pavilion is formed by 4 fronts defined by how its openings are displayed. The entrances assisted by ramps, are formed by the assembly of surrounding curves and these connect the individual and the space. The pavilion allows the visitor to navigate a predesigned experience, flowing through the space from entrance to exit, naturally distributing circulation.
Inside, this space is divided into two programmed typologies: the first is covered by fabrics contained by a closed lattice, thus defined visual and acoustic experiences that may benefit for a better contained space; the second is completely uncovered and is in turn contained by an open lattice. This area is naturally fractionated with furniture and vegetation, although it is permeable enough to allow a free flowing acoustic, and in doing so merging sounds and ideas.

DESIERTO
DESIERTO
Desierto is a 5-story dwelling with two apartments per floor. It is found in one of the most exclusive and more developed areas in Mexico City. Therefore, it takes advantage of its excellent zoning to propose a contemporary architectural design.
With a sober, elegant and formal design language in a single standalone building, this complex respects adjacent structure scale to blend in with the pre-set architectural trend of the area. but reflecting an exciting modern look.
The facade plays an important role in generating a sense of movement. Concrete modules were utilized to place window openings on the east and west facades and generate a sense of movement These modules are organized in a series of intervals that break its orthogonal volume of the building allowing for more natural lighting and panoramic views on each level with natural light.

M3 ARCHITECTURE
LUMA CAFE
The project for the LUMA café seeks to generate an immersive atmosphere that stimulates all senses. Full of interesting effects, rich textures, and surprising design, we encourage passers by to stop and be awed by this beautiful environment, and naturally gravitate towards this space.
These elements are closely but gracefully intertwined, generating a cohesive that generates a controlled disorder, which is fun and exciting. The rest of the interior is dominated by crude materials, such as concrete, stucco, and terrazzo to maintain a modern look and feel. Seeking to exalt their tectonics, different finishes are used on their surfaces, contrasting brilliant polishes to softer mattes.

OLIVAR
DE LOS PADRES
This project is located on an irregular polygon plot with its short side facing the street, in a highly sought after area in Mexico City. The units are split into two towers, generating interior courtyards for views and natural ventilation to each apartment; the towers are connected vertically by lifts and horizontally by bridges.
The structure on the parking level is made of reinforced concrete, transferring the structural loads to the five levels above. With the use of a single unit we were able to produce a heterogeneous coherence in the facades, creating walls that respond to shadows and light. The constraints of the project such as budget, materials, structure and density were seen as opportunities, which allowed us to innovate to move away from traditional construction techniques generating new spatial qualities that respond to the local aesthetic, producing a seamless relations between technology and tradition.

CASA DEL SERENO
Casa del Sereno is a two-level house found in Guadalajara. This project aims at generating functional and equally pleasant spaces based on the client’s needs. The main objective of the interior design of the project was to provoke a welcoming feeling through tenuous lighting and warmth of materials.
A design detailed and intended interventions with acute attention to detail to transmit a sense of total renovation of the whole space. The color pallet contrasts with prints and gold details throughout the space.

A particularly exciting challenge of this site was the natural irregularity of the surrounding topography; therefore, it was decided to integrate the architectural design to these natural formations, as much as possible, in order to respect the surroundings and take advantage of the great vegetation and views.
It has 5 levels with 6 apartments each. This architectural concept is based on an element that folds over the topography, and each fold contains spaces destined for the 6 apartments with ample terraces. Additional amenities and parking are distributed under the terrain. The surrounding space is visually topped off with a wide garden that blends in with the endemic vegetation and allows natural light to each of the apartments.
. For the interior design a complementing color and materials were chosen for the whole space, thinking of aesthetics but functionality as well, thus generating a cohabitable space to suited to all lifestyles.

THE “CROC CHAIR” is a piece that juxtaposes ergonomics, comfort and industrial design. This piece combines the art of handmade and technical challenge to produce a chair that lures the passerby with its vibrant color. With great attention to detail, this chair is strong and compact; but also as versatile and comfortable as the perfect chair can be in its simplicity.
