“My work explores the essence of life, time and space greatly influenced by the discoveries of modern science and mathematics. These paintings portray a universe in constant motion, with calligraphic and hieroglyphic motifs repeating themselves through the secrets of fractal geometric patterns-once deemed to be pure chance. A creative spark is ignited through the pouring of oil paint, dry pigment and alkyd glazes onto a linen canvas or board. Each painting self-creates and tells its own story.”
