In 1950, Giovanni Battista Ciot founded the company in an office building on Saint-Laurent boulevard where it still operates to this day. In the beginning, Ciot specialized in production of terrazzo and installation products Giovanni’s eldest daughter, Margaret, worked alongside her father
In 1967, Joe Panzera, a client of Ciot, took over the reins and began diversifying the products and services offered thus rejuvenating the enterprise. Joe and Margaret married soon after and had two daughters to whom they passed down their passion for innovation and renovation Today, this new generation is ushering in a new era for Ciot.
For the past fifty years, our product selection has constantly evolved and offers an impressive array of natural stone, ceramic, plumbing accessories and most recently, hardwood floors Additionally, we offer custom mosaics and exclusive services for architects and designers. Ciot is constantly at the cutting-edge of the latest trends.
