Landlord shall, within fifteen (15) business days after Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s written request. Such Estoppel Certificates shall be for the purpose of facilitating either party’s financing, refinancing or sale activities only, and shall not affect or prejudice any rights or remedies of either party against the other.
