This legal background has equipped him with an exceptional skill set, enabling him to adeptly navigate the intricacies of day-to-day contract and lease negotiations inherent in his role. Furthermore, his firsthand ownership and operation of multiple retail establishments in downtown Portland have endowed him with a nuanced understanding of the needs and perspectives of both landlords and tenants.
