Before embarking on his real estate career, Brad spent six years practicing law in Portland, actively engaging in the resolution of real estate disputes and contractual breaches in both California and Oregon. This legal background has equipped him with an exceptional skill set, enabling him to adeptly navigate the intricacies of day-to-day contract and lease negotiations inherent in his role. Furthermore, his firsthand ownership and operation of multiple retail establishments in downtown Portland have endowed him with a nuanced understanding of the needs and perspectives of both landlords and tenants.
Brad has over a decade of experience in Landlord and Tenant Representation, as well as Investment Sales. He has a distinguished track record working with international, national and local tenants and landlords and is looking forward to working with you. The property is located in Portland’s Alphabet District, a neighborhood with many examples of historic architecture, and is one of Portland’s oldest residential neighborhoods. It is also the densest, and is tightly packed with buildings dating from the turn of the 20th century to new construction. Craftsman style homes, old-Portland style houses, vintage apartments, condominiums and new multi-family dwellings are within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, upscale shops and neighborhood services.
