今年很榮幸受邀參與「第六屆國際拍片運動」的評審工作， 這是一個精彩有趣的非典型拍片活動。拍片對一般導演而 言，是一個創意孵化和不斷調整的修修改改之耗時工作，但 國際拍片運動提供的刺激與有趣的型態:在十個小時內完成 符合命題的創意內容。我認為這不只讓創意者在有限的時間 下完成無限的創意表現，也改寫了在發揮創意之間，耗時且 經常無法下決心的未明計畫，使創作者找到一種新的可能性 與重新解套複雜的拍片方式。如果只有十小時，你會如何孵 化與實踐你的創作呢？這就是國際拍片運動要提出的關鍵思 考。從這一刻開始，就讓我們開始行動吧!

I am honored to be invited as a jury member of the 6th Cinemasports International. This is a wonderful and unique event. For most of directors, filming is a time-consuming task of incubating crwative ideas and constant adjustment, but the exciting and interesting model that provided by the Cinemasport International: to make a film that meets the criteria within ten hours. I think this not only inspire a great creative but also changed idea of film making is always time-consuming and often leads to an unsettled result. It provides a exciting and fun solution to make a film, allowing directors to find a new possibility and rethink the complicated filming method. If there are only ten hours, how would you plan and excute your film? This is the key point to be put forward by the cinemasports international. Without further ado, let us start making a film! -- 林巧芳
