2019 Cinemasports International Booklet 第六屆國際拍片運動

Preface 前言

第六屆國際拍片運動總共有近九十組團隊報名 , 最後完成 74 部影片 , 在參與單位過多年的默契 , 這次幾乎大部分的 國家都在 2019 年 10 月 26 日舉辦拍片 , 大家在不同時區與國 家同一天一起拍片 , 並在臉書即時分享過程照片 , 我認為 實在非常不可思議的事 , 這是個值得紀念的里程碑。最後 在台南市中心的藍晒圖文創園區戶外廣場 , 舉辦頒獎典禮 與播映會 , 總共播映 30 部影片 , 晚會也是非常完美。從開 跑日到播映會整整一週 , 要感謝許多人的協助 , 活動成功 要歸功於所有的參與者 , 特別感謝辛苦的八位評審 , 還有 每一位來自九個國家的團隊 , 希望我們明年再見。

The 6th Cinemasports International a total of nearly 90 teams signed up, and 74 films were finally submitted. After many years of collaboration, this year almost all countries held filming on the same day on October 26, 2019. it is amazing that we had accomplish it together. This is a memorable milestone for the event. Finally, in the outdoor plaza of the Blueprint Cultural and Creative Park in the center of Tainan, an award ceremony and a gala screening were successful. A total of 30 films were screened. I would like to thank many people for their assistance. The succes of the event is attributed to all the participants. Special thanks to the hard work of the eight judges and all the teams from nine countries. I wish we will see each other again in the next edition.

Our Lone Buffalo students have a special reason to participate in Cinemasports events – it was CS founder Jin Joo who first introduced them to a camera! Jin and Helen (Kids to Kids UK) traveled to Phonsavan, Laos in 2012 and helped the students to make their first movie – The Xieng Khouang Experience. This began a culture of film making at our English Development Centre. In 2016 Cinemasports International coordinator Hui-Ching and the Korean animator Shon Kim also travelled to Laos and worked with students on their first animation – The Danger of Bombs.

2012 造訪寮國豐沙灣 , 帶領學生製作了他們的第一 部影片 -“ 川壙的經歷 ”, 這開始這個英語教育機構 的影片創作文化 , 在 2016 年拍片運動的協辦人曾惠 青和韓國動畫家 Shon Kim 也到我們機構 , 與學生製 作他們的第一部動畫 -“ 危險的炸彈 “ 。 自從 2012 年起 , 感謝拍片運動的我們的學生持續有 在創作影片 , 並且將經驗傳給更年輕的學生 , 給他們 一個很好的練習機會 , 且要分秒必爭 ! 是個很好的動 力讓團隊學習控制時間 , 和強調規劃技巧與快速思維 的反應能力。最長三分鐘的影片也是個好的方式 , 讓 學生可以製作專注在故事重點的短片。 每次拍片日的早晨學生們都滿懷期待地聚集在我們中 心 , 等待著三元素的公佈 , 然後跟團隊成員腦力激 盪、寫劇本和製作腳本 , 然後在當天結束時 , 心裡充 滿成就感上傳影片到拍片運動網站 。 這個活動是很好的方式讓世界各地的年輕電影創作 者有機會聚在一起 , 並看到在寮國一個偏遠地區所製 作的短片在台灣的大螢幕播映 , 然後其他年輕人也可 以享受、歡笑和討論我們的影片實在非常難得。 我們都非常感謝拍片運動給我們打開眼界的機會去認 識到 , 電影給我們的不是只有娛樂而已 , 同時透過短 片也傳達了重要的社會訊息。我希望將來有一天我們 的年輕電影作者有機會能出席播映會 , 在大螢幕上看 到我們的電影。

Since 2012, thanks to Cinemasports, our students have been making films and passing their skills onto younger students through their workshops. Cinemasports gives young film makers the opportunity to practice all the skills they have learned – against the clock! It's a great way to bring new dynamics into film making like time management and emphasise the skills of planning and quick thinking. The 3-minute maximum length is also a great way to get students making shorter films, and focus on the importance of editing.

This year, for the first time, I was delighted to participate in this filmmaking program with my students. A great opportunity to work together for young filmmakers from other countries. Thank you for this great day. Many great films were made that day and everyone was a winner. I hope you will continue in the future.

這是我們第一次參加這個活動 , 我非常高興有這機會 跟我的學生參加這次的拍片活動 , 這對於年輕的拍片 者是一個很好的合作機會 , 感謝這個美好的一天 , 今 年的很多作品都非常優秀 , 我希望以後繼續有這樣的 機會參與活動。

很榮幸能擔任「 2019 國際大學拍片運動」的評審 , 對我而 言 , 參與拍片運動最大的享受在於 , 看到來自世界各地的 年輕藝術家們 , 如何透過拍片來擴展想像力和創造力的界 線。拜現代科技所賜 , 人人都可以充分體驗到製作短片的 樂趣 , 拍片甚至可以是一種全新的社交連結。我認為這也 正是 「國際大學拍片運動」一直以來的精神 , 它提供給 來自世界各地的年輕創作者們 , 一個能充分體驗拍片的樂 趣 , 又可以建立起彼此之間文化串連的機會

It’s quite a pleasure to participate Cinemasport 2019 as one of the judges. The most of the great thing for me to enjoy the festival was to see how the young talents expanded their horizon with creativity and imagination. Through the benefits of technology, making short film can be an enjoyment easily for everyone today. Furthermore, it’s a new way how people connect to each other. In my point of view, this is the spirit of Cinemasport festival. It has created a great opportunity for young people around the world to make the great enjoyment and good culture connection.
