Yiorgos Molvalis is a highly skilled film and commercial director and editor based in Athens, Greece. He is known for his awarded film “A Different Nutcracker,” which he completed while studying film. Throughout his career, Yiorgos has taken on various roles in film and commercial productions and has gained a deep understanding of all departments within the production process. He is a multitasking problem-solver who is dedicated and passionate about his work.
As a producer, director and editor, Yiorgos has had the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including LG, WWF, UNICEF, CCC, Metaxa, Philip Morris, ATHENS STATE ORCHESTRA. In addition to his work in film and commercials, he has also lent his skills as an editor to documentaries, TV shows, and short films.
Yiorgos’s favorite part of his job is the chaos of the shooting day, and he always looks forward to unwinding with a cocktail afterwards. He is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow as a filmmaker, and his passion for his work and dedication to his craft make him a sought-after talent in the industry.

• We worked on the postproduction of 20 episodes of a top-rated show on ERT 2,
• We was awarded for an animation film at Athens Animfest and

• we climbed to an altitude of 4000 meters in Switzerland for a digital video campaign,
• designed and delivered 450 training videos in 45 days for a private school project, and
• directed a video clip that won the 2nd prize in a global competition.
• produced and directed our first TV ad for MAX Stores department stores and
• exceeded traditional advertising and clients’ expectations without exceeding the budget.
• we produced a short film “Later Aphrodites” that won multiple international awards.
• we directed our first feature-length animation film produced by the Athens State Orchestra “A Different Nutcracker”, completing the 90-minute film in 3 months.
