Powerchair football is played in electric sports wheelchairs with bumpers on the front of them. Games are played 4 v 4 on a basketball court and are 40 minutes long. There are currently around 100 clubs in the U.K.

A club for families where children can have fun and make new friends. Activities include arts & crafts, outside play area, bike riding, indoor games, sensory activities and Lego. Parent/carers must be in attendance with children. Please note the Community Café will be open to purchase drinks and food.

A fun and interactive music group with parents and young children taking part in songs, challenges, playing a range of fun instruments and soft play equipment.

Group will be attended by professionals such as SENCos and PFSAs who can help with the transition to school, providing advice and guidance where appropriate.

Children’s Autism Outreach Team (CAOT) The coffee mornings will only be available to parents/carers open to the CAOT team and who have a current EHA. Please call your allocated worker for more details (please refer to your CAOT file note for contact details). If you have a young person with a diagnosis of autism and would like to attend or gain support from CAOT please call we will be happy to help you.

The forum provides local government and services with advice and input to improve services for SEND across Somerset. We do activities, have discussions and get involved in events and projects to raise awareness and try to make positive change.

Pod Plus is for young adults who have additional needs. The ratio of staff to members is 1:5, however there are members who attend with their own Personal Assistants. They enjoy a variety of activities such as casino nights and Zumba, as well as meals out and craft activities, but the main focus is on social interaction and building relationships with other young people.
