Churrasco offers a vast selection of imported and local wines and a full bar featuring Brazil's signature cocktail: delicious and refreshing Caipirinhas If you want, we will offer drink tickets for your guests for the amount of alcoholic beverages you want to provide Or, a full open bar is available

With fifteen different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and sausage brought to your guests, the moment they turn their medallion over from red to green and with the precursor fresh market table buffet with fresh salads, hot sides and more, your event is certain to be a huge success. The “Rodizio” dining service provides guests the pleasure of dining on every one of the fifteen cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage and as much as they care to enjoy. Choosing to host an event at Churrasco means eliminating the “guess work” of preordering for your party and guests can help themselves as soon as they arrive. The price per person includes 15 all you can eat meats and the all you can enjoy fresh market table. Desserts & drinks are additional

Our prime cuts of meat are seasoned with rock salt and slow roasted over a Brazilian style open flame rotisserie grill and served tableside with perfect tenderness and flavor that will have you asking our gauchos for more. Our advice? Come hungry!

Churrasco is pleased to offer Private Dining space for parties that fall within the range of the specific room size and accommodations without levying the cost of a room charge.

Seating Capacity:

The Brazilia room sits at the rear of the restaurant and is up a few stairs. It comfortably seats 35 guests. There are open windows that look over the restaurant & bar and the doorway is open to allow the continuous flow of Gaucho's with meat to slice onto your plate. We also have semi private dining available for up to 60 guests in the orange room.

Full Restaurant Buy Outs

The entire restaurant comfortably seats about 130 guests and is available for full buy outs for large private functions. Contact Debra@Churrascobr.com to inquire about pricing.

Gratuity

A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges for all groups over 8 people. State and local taxes are of course added to the bill as well

Deposits & Cancellations:

A $500 deposit is required upon reservation for all parties of 20 or more. Deposits are run on the credit card you provide and are fully refundable if event is cancelled within a 10 day period. If cancelled after the 10 day deadline, the total deposit will be forfeited and credited to a gift card for use toward your next visit The gift card is non-refundable and has no expiration date No group party can be guaranteed without receiving a deposit. Running the deposit ensures that the card will not be declined during the evening of the event

Guarantees

Per person guest counts are required for all private parties within 3 days in advance of your event providing that the alteration does not impact the minimum and maximum occupancy of the dining room scheduled. You will be charged for the number of people you guarantee (Private dining agreements include a minimum consumption) Forfeiture of the deposit will occur as the result of any significant guest count shift that causes cancellation of the event within the seven day period.

Minimum Consumption

At Churrasco, we don't charge a room charge for the private Brazilia room that seats 35 guests. If you fill the room there is no minimum consumption or room fee. However, if you want the room private and have less than 35 guests, you just have to meet the amount agreed on the contract which is the amount you need to spend on food & beverage in order to have the room exclusively private

Payment terms:

Churrasco accepts all major credit cards. Company and personal checks are not accepted. Group parties over 10 people may not split checks. Please ask the manager for special arrangements if needed.

Weekend Seating Times:

During the weekend, we have two seating times for large groups: 4:30 or 5:00PM and 7:30PM Large parties have a 2 hour limit so the restaurant can clean the tables and prepare for the next seating. This allows other guests to enjoy Churrasco on our busiest nights of the week

Corkage Fees

We charge $25 for every bottle of wine guests. Churrasco offers a great selection of wines, but if there is some ase do so. Our wine list is located on our website under "Menus" at Churras

Bringing your own Dessert

For wedding cakes, birthday cakes or o e plates and forks.

Take Virginia St. South. left. Continue to Virginia St., make a left. Make a right on Liberty and a left on Sierra St. The parking garage is on the left.

FROM RENO AIRPORT

Take Plumb West to Virginia St left

Continue to Virginia St , make a left Make a left on Liberty and a left on Sierra St The parking garage is on the left

FROM CARSON CITY

Take Hwy. 395 N. (580) to the Mill St. Plumb St. exit. Make a left (West) at the light. Continue to Virginia St. Make a right on Virginia St. Churrasco will be on the Left. Continue to Liberty St. and make a left. On Sierra St. make a left. The parking garage is on the left.

PARKING

Parking is validated. Public parking/restaurant parking is on Sierra Street at the 50 West Liberty building. Take a right on Liberty from Virginia St. and a left on Sierra St. for garage entry. Churrasco entry is on Virginia St. There are signs in the garage to follow.
