Global Reach Updates T
hank you for partnering with our friends and fields in Global Reach. Your prayers and gifts help sustain and encourage them as they minister to communities and the downtrodden in their parts of the world. Please celebrate the following updates from some of the Global Reach fields.
Haiti
As we enter 2022, and the uncertainty and turmoil continue in Haiti, the VanDervorts (pictured near right) will continue serving part time in Project HelpHaiti (PHH) leadership from the USA. They have agreed to do this through the middle of 2022. Mike will lead the PHH Executive team and will communicate regularly with PHH Liaison Denis Droicin. Rod and Mila Ayers (pictured far right) will transition to communications liaison between sister churches in Haiti and their US partner churches. They will be communicating regularly with Pastor Denis and Watson Joseph to obtain information, updates, pictures, and messages from your sister churches during 2022. Please pray for the situation in Haiti to become stable enough to allow for safe return for our missionaries and teams.
Dominican Republic
Kilometer 20 has grown stronger, and they now have land where they are building and worshiping. They have a beautiful children’s ministry and are gaining ground in the village where they are located. They have named the church Christ is My Hope Churches of God. Please keep them in prayer, especially Juaquin and Odalis, who are taking the lead with church planting.
