Harim Group’s vision was to have a building that expresses their desire for sustainability and the care they demonstrate for their employees and citizens. The company wanted to provide interconnected green spaces throughout the building that are open to the public as well as give employees easy access to the gardens during office hours. The company also wanted an open and comfortable day lit office space and with extensive care given to the solar control on the building exteriors. The solution provided a 16,000m2 design that has two L shaped interlocking forms that help to create a variety of outdoor green space and plazas between the two forms. The entire facade of building was designed with specific percentages of alternating clear and translucent high performance glasses to allow maximum natural light on the desirable south side of the building and protect the northern facades from exposure to the cold. East and west facades contain vertical fins that block glare from the east and west sun. Spaces include an upscale employee dining area with two story waterfall and views to the terrace garden and city, veterinary hospital, pharmaceutical lab, conference rooms, open office spaces, underground parking garage, and 4,200m2 of underground storage.
하림그룹의 비전은 지속 가능성에 대한 열망과 직원 및 시민을 위한 케어를 표현하는 건축물을 만드는 것이었다. 이 기업은 건물 전체에 상호 연결된 대중에게 열린 녹지 공간을 제공하고 직원들이 근무 시 간 동안 정원에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하고자 했다. 또한 개방적이고 쾌적하며 자연 채광이 비치는 사 무실 공간과 건물 외부의 일사조절을 위한 광범위한 지원을 원했다. 이 솔루션은 두 형태 사이에 다양한 야외 녹지 공간과 광장을 조성할 수 있는 2개의 L자형 연결 형태로 구성된 16,000㎡ 디자인을 제공했다. 건물의 전체 파사드는 건물의 남쪽에 자연광을 최대한 많이 받아 들이고 추위에 노출되지 않도록 북쪽 파사드를 보호하기 위해 투명 및 반투명한 고성능 유리를 일정 사 용하여 설계되었다. 동쪽과 서쪽 파사드에는 동쪽과 서쪽 햇빛의 눈부심을 차단하는 수직 핀이 있다. 내부에는 2층 높이의 폭포가 있는 고급 직원 식사 공간, 테라스 정원 및 도시 전망, 동물 병원, 의약연구 소, 회의실, 개방형 사무실 공간, 지하 주차장, 4,200㎡의 지하 창고가 있다.
