The Taiwanese brand we choose is INDIGO DYEING HOUSE It’s not only the traditional culture from Hokkien ethnic group but also one of the natural dyeing techniques.

-THE DYEING PROCESS -

3F CAFFE

The herbs of dyeing are also used as the ingredient of food such as desserts and drinks . We set a café on third floor where we provide place for customers to rest.

2F INTERACTIVE AREA

DIY section for customers to experience making dyeing clothes is on third floor. Another studio for employee producing new products is on the right side .

1F RENTAIL SHOP

Main purchasing area is located on the first floor which shows the variety of indigo dyeing products.

B1 STUDIO

In order to express the vitural feeling of immersing underneath the dye vat , we curved the mirrow texture iron board to discribe the water

Dyeing vat is as important as employees in the industry. Both of them are indispensable in making dyestuff.

Transforming the way of hand-made process into curving walls and light mental clothes-hanger in interior arrangement .

The second floor is the experimental area.This area can not only learn about dye technique but promote culture. It is resembleto the last process of making dyeing product.

Among them,it is a phychological disease such as anxiety and depression which is caused by enviromental pressure.With the change of time,most people get more struggle with the society,especially from work.

DESIGN PURPOSE

With the purpose of creating a satisfying working enviroment,which combines with sense and scent. Reducing pressure and increasing comfort are keys to make the work become more interesting.

The way to visualize smell can be freely taken and placed in any other furnitures

The traffic flow is according to the process of perfume porductio.When people bring cubes they represent the flow of perfume.

Scented designers view natual and surrounding frangrance as their idea , promote people's impression and experience of sensory memory conveying to the public with the concept of “ scent creates soul ”

Scenting-cube cabinets set in the area of staff lounge. Employees are able to select their favorite smell and connect cubes with furnitures , then enjoy the ambience.

Herbals are usually made as the main ingredient of perfume,presenting the importance of plants by extending nature elements into interior .

Design model

It is locateed in part of the Kaohsiung cultural area which is used to be a military village. I designed for XUAN HAN photograpy studio interior,and it is also my first piecework in college.

A tradition in our department is to hold a summer camp for freshmen.I was one of the corps of it and chose“Ponpoko”as our team flag character.
