Thank you so much for your interest in the CPP SENIOR Team Program!! In this magazine, you will find all the information about the Class of 2024 SENIOR Team Program!

Senior photography is a passion of mine and I love getting to know each and every senior, especially those on my senior team!

I love to help each SENIOR see the beauty in themselves and create confidence that helps them in many areas of their lives long after they are on the SENIOR team!

As part of the CPP SENIOR Team, you will have the opportunity to make your SENIOR year UNFORGETTABLE! You will enjoy all the things that make SENIOR portraits fun, take part in themed SENIOR photoshoots, make lifelong friends and become a part of the CPP family!

Be a part of the CPP family.

The CPP Class of 2024 team members become the face of CPP Seniors.

Team members appear on the Christy Parrott Photography and CCP Seniors websites, marketing materials, advertising, and social media accounts! But even beyond the placement of your images, I look to you to represent what we stand for in your community, empowering other high schoolers, giving back to the community and being an inspiration to others.

The CPP Class of 2024 team members become the voice of CPP Seniors.

Team members will become the voice of the CPP Seniors brand! Your support and kind words with your friends, neighbors and even sports teams will help us grow and your ideas and input will help continue to grow and shape how we become a leader in senior photography. I look to my team to provide input, ideas and more because you are who I want to serve and who I trust to share what seniors want to be a part of.

The CPP Class of 2024 team members become a member of the CPP Seniors family.

One of the most important aspects of this team is that members create lasting relationships and are like family to each other and myself. I strive to create an environment where the CPP Senior Team feels supported and understood. We are constantly texting each other, planning spontaneous photo shoots, picking volunteer projects together, having random coffee dates and so much more. I'd love to see you create bonds with your fellow team members that will continue into college and beyond!

PERKS FUN GROUP PHOTOSHOOTS Members participate in group photoshoots throughout their SENIOR year!

INDIVIDUAL SENIOR PHOTOSHOOT Models receive their individual SENIOR photoshoot that is all about them!

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT The CPP SENIOR team looks for a way to give back to the community through a service project each year.

DESTINATION OPPORTUNITIES Possible destination photoshoots or other modeling opportunities are available for members of the team. These opportunities are not guaranteed but are often available for an additional cost.

REQUIREMENTS

PARTICIPATE IN GROUP THEMED SHOOT The group themed shoot is required so that all members have photos to post and share with friends and family so you can help get the word out about CPP SENIORS.

HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND KIND HEART CPP SENIOR team members are kind to each other, respectful, hype each other up, and genuinely want to be part of the CPP family.

SHARE PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA CPP SENIOR team members are happy to share photos from shoots on their feed, story, etc so all their family, friends and followers are familiar with Christy Parrott Photography and want to get their own photos taken!

EXCLUSIVELY USE CHRISTY PARROTT AS YOUR SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER

BE ACTIVE WITH EVENTS, SHOOTS, GROUP TEXT AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

As a CPP SENIOR team member, you agree to use me as your senior photographer during your senior year of high school. Sports and yearbook photos are excluded from this. If you have other circumstances, please ask me about it.

Members who make an effort to attend the events and shoots will have the most fulfilling experience in the program. While school, sports, and family should be prioritized, taking part in the CPP SENIOR team activities will enhance your senior year.

PAY THE INVESTMENT FEE & SIGN RELEASE Each team member pays the investment fee to cover costs associated with the program and signs the photographic model release that allows the use of your images.

the CPP team PROCESS 5 STEPS TO APPLYING The recruitment process to finding members for the CPP SENIOR Team.

Join the VIP List!! Simply DM me your email address or enter your email on the form on my website and you will be on the VIP list. Those on the list will receive emails with details and information about the program, the application and more right to your inbox! If you are viewing this magazine then this step is done! Check!! :)

Submit your application!! Fill out the online application that will be emailed to you if you are on the VIP list. The application is due on or before April 15, 2023. Don't stress over the application...be yourself, answer honestly and provide info you think I need to know to get to know you! And submitting a video takes your application up to the next level!!

Check your email!! Be sure to check your email often to make sure you don't miss any important information such as tips for applying, what happens next and the invitation to the CPP SENIOR TEAM INFO Night! If you don't see something in your inbox from me, please check your spam! If you still don't see anything, let me know!

Attend team info night!! After you apply, you will be invited to attend the CPP SENIOR TEAM Info Night with a parent. This is an important step in the process as it is our chance to meet in person. You and your parent will learn more about the program, be able to ask questions, meet me and the current members of the CPP SENIOR Team. You will participate in a short, informal interview so I can get to know you better. You will be invited to this event via email!

Get excited!! Get excited about joining the CPP SENIOR team!! Team members will be notified in a fun and unique way a few weeks after the Info Night. Once everyone is notified, we will start planning our shoots, events and more!!

FAQ's

your questions answered

Q: Can I be a part of the team and have my photos taken by another photographer?

A: No. By participating in the CPP Senior Team program you agree to have ONLY Christy Parrott take your senior photos. You will only represent Christy Parrott Photography during your senior year. You may, however, have your yearbook photo, sports photo or other type of photo taken by the school appointed photographer. There are other circumstances that may be approved if asked before having photos taken.

Q: What are the next steps to becoming a CPP SENIOR Team Member?

A: Once you read through this magazine, please fill out the online application by the due date of April 15, 2023. Once all applications are viewed, you will be invited to info/interview night. This is an informal meeting where you and one of your parents attend to hear more about the program and meet me in person.

During this event, girls will participate in a short, informal interview. After the event, the girls that make the team will be informed in a fun way! Once you make the team, you will need to send in the signed contract and first payment of the investment fee. You will also be asked to share that you are a part of the Class of 2024 team on social.

Q: How and when do we apply?

A: You should have received a link to the online application via email. Simply click on the link, fill out the application form and hit submit. The deadline for the application is April 15, 2023.

Q: When and where do the group shoots take place?

A: The group shoots will take place every few months beginning in June. I try to work around school schedules as best as possible. If weather does not permit on the shoot dates, an alternate dates will be determined. The June shoot is highly encouraged because these will be the images used to design your football program senior page.

Q: Am I required to be at all the shoots throughout the year?

A: No! The only shoot you are urged to to be at is the group summer shoot. All other shoots are open to any members who can participate. Of course the more you attend, the more photos you will receive and the more fun you will have!

Q: What if I don't know how to pose or have any experience taking photos?

A: No experience is needed!! I teach all the team members how to pose, what to do with their hands and more! By the end of the program, you will be confident and comfortable in front of the camera and more!!

BE YOURSELF No one else is like you! So be sure to be your true, authentic self and let your uniqueness shine through! I want to get to know the real you and your unique personality. Being you is the best advice I can give!

GIVE DETAILS Make sure you answer the questions on the application in detail! The more details the better. I want to get a complete idea of who you are and why you are interested in being on the CPP SENIOR Team. Be sure to answer each question completely and share as much as possible so I can get a clear picture of you!

ADD VIDEO Stand out by adding a video to your application! By recording a video, you can really show off your personality and let me get to know you even better.

A simple video with your phone is all you need!
