Increasing the living density of Houston by allowing greater access to design through modular construction: A year long research process focused on modular construction, an in-depth analysis of living density within Houston's 610 loop, and a proposal for a more inclusive and accessible multi-family design process demonstrated through two types of residential design interventions.
