Steps to set up the wireless printer: Method 1: WPS Connection Method  First, you need to check that the printer has been turned on. Then look at the top of the printer for Wi-Fi button. Press it.  Press the button till blue light appears on it. Then go to the access point and press the WPS button.  Then check and make sure that printer has been successfully connected to the wireless network.

Method 2: Standard Connection Method  For the users who use Windows: Insert CD in the CD drive which came with the printer. Run the setup in the CD. Click on the Next button to proceed.  For the users who use MAC: Insert CD in the drive and when the window opens enter the password followed by install Helper option. Then go on to click on Next button to proceed.  Check whether the printer has been turned on. When it is confirmed, click on Next button.  Enter your place, state, and region, and then click on the install button.  Read the license agreement thoroughly, and then click on "I agree" checkbox to install.  Screen Prompts will open up follow them to install.
