OH WHAT A FEAST!

Adrian and his merry band of culinary elves dished up a fine feast of traditional, multicultural and fusion dishes that saw a steady stream of diners visiting the live serving stations from 11am through to mid-afternoon.

The menu included indulgent delicacies such as smoked Norwegian salmon, pan-seared foie gras, kingfish and tuna sashimi, and grass-fed Australian Angus ribeye served with truffle potato puree, ratatouille and jus. (Is your mouth watering yet?)

Of course the traditional turkey with roast chestnuts and succulent glazed ham made their obligatory appearance – alongside exotic offerings from the tandoori kitchen, including cauliflower masala, butter chicken and assorted naan.

The sweet finale – macaroons, log cakes, assorted patisserie, Christmas cookies and a fruit platter.

As you can see, good food, good company and a jolly good time were enjoyed by all.
