HOURS & EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
Our office is open to assist you from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at 609-232-8900. We're here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Emergency Maintenance
In case of after-hours emergency maintenance issues only, please TEXT OR CALL US at: 609.313.9562.
Emergency maintenance situations include suspected gas leaks, no heat in the winter months, no AC in the summer months, or any leaking or flooding that is uncontrollable (such as sewage overflow or broken pipes).
Clogged toilets and slow drains are not considered a 24-hour emergency. If you have a clogged toilet, maintenance will provide this service 7 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm.
**Please call 911 in the event of a fire or other life threating emergency BEFORE calling the emergency maintenance line.**
All non-emergency maintenance calls will be handled during normal business hours. Please submit all non-emergency maintenance calls through your resident portal at www.BurlingtonPointeApts.com or through the RmResident App available on Apple App Store for IPhones and the Google Play Store for Androids.
KEY REPLACEMENTS & QUIET HOURS
For lockouts during business hours, there is no charge.
After-hours lockouts incur a fee of $75, payable in cash at the time of service.
For emergency lock-out service, please TEXT us at: 609.313.9562 and include unit number.
Replacement keys are priced at $35 each for the front door and laundry room keys.
Mailbox key and lock replacement carries a fee of $150.
A money order payable to CUE Burlington including your name and unit number is required BEFORE any replacement keys are cut.
Quiet Hours
To ensure everyone's comfort, please observe our quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Please refrain from playing loud music, loud television, or running the vacuum, and be mindful of excessive barking between these hours. This allows us all to enjoy a peaceful living environment.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING POLICY
All garbage is to be disposed of in the proper receptacles located throughout the property. All non-recyclable garbage is to be placed in the proper garbage bin and all recyclable items should be placed in the recycling bins which are clearly marked.
*Please follow the provided recycling guidelines attached to this email.
Residents are not permitted to leave trash outside their doors, on patios, or balconies.
This poses a health and safety issue for everyone. All trash must be properly disposed of in the designated trash areas.
Bulk trash dumping
There is NO bulk trash dumping permitted anywhere on the property. Please haul away bulk items such as furniture and mattresses to an approved dumping site or arrange to have your bulk items removed by a haul away service company.
We strictly enforce these policies. Residents who do not follow these guidelines will incur fines.
PATIO & BALCONY STORAGE GUIDELINES
Patio furniture, plants, and a reasonable number of toys are permitted on patios and balconies and these areas must be kept clean and tidy.

PET WASTE & LEASHING POLICY:
We care about the well-being of all our residents and their furry friends.
Kindly keep all dogs leashed when walking and clean up after your pets to maintain a safe and clean community for everyone.
There are pet waste stations and disposal bags located around the property for your convenience. The dog park is located by the playground next to the T building.
Please note that not adhering to these policies is a violation of our community guidelines and will result in fines of up to $150 per occurrence.
PARKING POLICIES
NO parking on Courtyards and Sidewalks:
These areas are designated for pedestrian use only. Driving and parking on the grass or sidewalks is strictly prohibited. Please ensure your vehicle is parked only in dedicated parking lots. These measures are in place to uphold the community's standards and ensure everyone's safety.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules. By doing so, you contribute to the overall well-being, safety and aesthetics of our community. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in fines.

Using our on-site laundry facilities is easy with the Sebco Smart laundry card. Here’s how to load your card:
1.Insert your Sebco Smart card into the card reader.
2.Select the dollar amount to add.
3.Swipe or insert your credit or debit card.
4.Wait for the balance to appear on the screen before removing your card.
Sebco Smart cards can be refilled at the F building laundry room. For replacement cards, to report damaged machines, or for more information, please call 1 (800)-SEBCO-88 or visit: www.sebco.com/for-residents/
**Burlington Pointe staff cannot issue replacement laundry cards. Please treat your Sebco smart laundry card as cash**
