Directions Cut rib steaks and lamb meat into 2-3 inch chunks. Combine the finely chopped onions, yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Blend until all of the ingredients are combined. In a mixing bowl, combine the cut rib steaks and lamb meat. Aid in the absorption of the sauce by the steaks. Combine the ground beef, grated white onion, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. As if you were kneading dough, combine them with your hands. Once everything is thoroughly combined, form a rectangular shape on the counter the size of a standard oven tray (12 x 10 inches – 30cm x 25 cm) with aluminum foil or stretch wrap. 12 teaspoon salt Place one layer of rib steaks on the foil, followed by a thin layer of ground beef. After that, add a layer of lamb meat. Steps 8 and 9 should be repeated until all of the meat is layered. With the help of the foil, roll the meat into a cylinder. Place the meat in the freezer for four hours. Remove the meat from the freezer after 4 hours. Take the foil or stretch wrap off. Allow it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the spit can be inserted. Connect the Wonderper rotisserie grill to the power source. Insert the spit into the meat and place it in the oven to cook. After 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked, begin slicing. After that, in 15 to 20 minutes, slice another layer and repeat until all of the meat is cooked.
