Through!these!key!BSP!objectives!the!program!aims!to!provide!BSP!with!a!‘channel’!to!SME!clients! across!each!target!community.!Within!each!community!groups!the!program!aims!to!implement!a! series!of!SME!market!building!outcomes!for!BSP!across!the!enterprise!cycle.!This!program!will!be! broadened!to!include!entire!communities!in!any!scope!implementation,!so!that!multiple!SMEs!can! be! developed! within! each! community! group! and! in! this! way! spread! any! economic! benefits! and! inclusion.! Initially! all! community! residents! will! be! considered! for! banking! conversion! to! take! up! BSP’s!savings!products!where!possible,!as!a!first!key!program!partnership!objective!for!BSP.!! ! During!the!early!financing!phase!for!each!SMEs!created,!BSPs!options!for!credit,!debt,!asset!based! lending! or! innovative! non[collateral! based! products,! will! be! sought! by! the! program! to! build! portfolio! depth! and! diversity! for! BSP.! To! fund! downstream! processing! options! for! greater! economic!inclusion!and!cottage!industries!for!these!SMEs,!BSPs!lease!or!asset!financing!products! may!be!sought!through!the!business!case/!feasibility!study!supports.! ! During!business!growth!phase!the!program!may!seek!other!forms!of!BSP!financing!such!as!trade! factoring!and!lease!financing.!SMEs!will!be!profiled!for!BSPs!payroll!and!other!payments!solutions! to!build!portfolio!depth!and!diversity!for!BSP.!If!there!are!SMEs!at!export!phase!the!program!aims! to!procure!trade!financing,!international!payments!including!foreign!exchange!services!from!BSP.! !! !
