“The food once again was fantastic from breakfast, lunch and dinner and we ate in all of the restaurants. We do not think we have ever eaten so many steaks in our life from Filet Mignon, Porterhouse to New York strip all cooked to perfection with a variety of sauces and sides. One dessert in the Grand Dining does need a mention, the only way we can describe it would be to say it was an apple that had been thinly sliced, deconstructed and then rebuilt. Amazing and tasted fantastic. Afternoon tea in Horizons was exquisite the delicate savouries and sweets on offer were amazing, would definitely recommend the Victoria Sponge Cake and caramel tarts.”

The food was to die for in all restaurants, the outside dining area being our favourite, crab, lobster, prawns & fillet steak available every day. There was no extra charge for the speciality restaurants all of them excellent, there was french, Italian, Asian & American grill to choose from. Our favourite of the speciality restaurants was Red Ginger, serving Asian/Oriental food which was particularly good. Whether we were eating in one of the restaurants or in the self service there was no waiting to find a table, and when in the self service as soon as you had your food a member of staff was there to carry it to your table for you.
