About the Promotion
1. Club Parramatta ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ Members draw also known as ‘Members Draw’ will commence on Friday 18th April 2025 at 10:00am and will conclude on Thursday 19th June 2025 at approximately 8:00pm.
2. The ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ Members draw will consist of 8 Weekly Draws every Thursday from Thursday 24th April 2025 to Thursday 12th June 2025, and a Major Draw Event on Thursday 19th June 2025, from 7pm to 8pm.
3. ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ Weekly Draws will be from a total prize pool of $8,000 (weekly prize pool of $1,000) which can be redeemed in WISH gift cards, and one of thirteen (13) finalist positions at our Major Draw Event on Thursday 19th June 2025 at 7:00pm.
4. The ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ Major Draw Event consists of a Major Prize, and Minor Prizes. The total prize pool for the Major Draw Event is valued at $46,990.01
a. The Major Prize will be a Volkswagen T-Cross Life 1.0L Turbo Speed 7Spd DSG Wagon valued at $34,990.01
b. Twelve (12) Minor Draws will consist of a prize pool of $12,000 in cash.
5. The total prize pool for the Members Draw is $54,990.01
6. The Members Draw will be conducted at Club Parramatta located at 2 Macquarie Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.
7. Castle Hill RSL Club Ltd., ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
8. Entry into the ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ member draw is subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
9. CHRG Members can enter the weekly draws by:
a. Swiping or scanning their members card at the Member Rewards Kiosks to earn an entry.
i. The member must be physically present at Club Parramatta when swiping or scanning their card at the Member Rewards Kiosks.
b. One ticket will be awarded to the ‘Virtual Prize Draw Barrel’.
c. One ticket per day, per member will be awarded.
Finalists
10. Throughout the Members Draw, thirteen Finalists will be selected to participate in the Major Draw Event where the Major Prize and Minor Prizes will be awarded.
11. Of the thirteen Finalists, one (1) will be selected at each of the eight (8) Weekly Draws. The remaining five (5) finalists will be drawn from the ‘Virtual Prize Barrel’ at the Major Draw Event on Thursday 19th June from 7:00pm.
Weekly Draws
12. On each Thursday night, during the promotion period (Thursday 24th April 2025 to Thursday 12th June 2025), five (5) draws will take place from 7:00pm with one (1) prize to be drawn every 30 minutes until all prizes have been won.
13. The weekly prize pool is $1,000 which can be redeemed in WISH gift cards.
14. The prizes breakdown consists of:
a. 7:00pm - $200 WISH Gift card
b. 7:30pm - $200 WISH Gift card
c. 8:00pm - $200 WISH Gift card
d. 8:30pm - $200 WISH Gift card
e. 9:00pm - $200 WISH Gift card, and a finalist position for the Major Draw Event.
15. The draw will be conducted by a Promotion Host drawing a ticket from the Members Draw virtual prize barrel. The Promotion Host will then call the winning membership name via the public address system and ask them to physically present themselves to the Promotional area.
16. The drawn member will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotional Area. If a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn until another member claims their prize. This process will repeat until a winner is found.
17. If any prizes are unclaimed 2 hours and 30 minutes after the start of the draw, the last membership number drawn will be the winner regardless of their attendance at the draw and will be notified on the next business day. The winning member will need to claim their prize within 3 months from being notified. If the prize is not claimed, a comparable redraw will take place.
18. A maximum of one (1) prize can be claimed by a CHRG member during each week of the Members Draw promotion. Where a winning member is drawn and has already claimed a prize during that promotion week, a redraw will take place with the new winning member having four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotions Area. If a winner does not present themselves within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn. This process will be repeated until a winner is found.
19. At the conclusion of each weekly draw night, the virtual prize barrel will be cleared and reset. Entries into the next Weekly Draw period will be reopen at 10:00am on the Friday, the following morning.
Major Draw Event
20. The ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ Major Draw Event will take place on Thursday 19th June 2025 from 7:00pm.
21. The Major Draw Event will consist of selecting five (5) additional finalists and drawing the minor and major prize/s.
22. The remaining five (5) finalists will be drawn from the ‘Virtual Prize Barrel’ at the Major Draw Event from 7:00pm.
23. The drawn finalists will have four (4) minutes to claim their prize from the Promotional Area. If a winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time, another entry will be drawn until another member claims their prize. This process will repeat until a winner is found.
24. If any of the pre-selected eight (8) finalists awarded at the Weekly Draws have not checked in as present at the Major Draw event by 6:45pm, the finalist will forfeit their position and a redraw will occur.
25. All finalists will be issued with a number that identifies them in the promotion. These numbers will be issued from one (1) to thirteen (13) in order of when the finalist was awarded their entry into the Major Draw Event.
26. The Major Draw Event prize barrel will consist of thirteen sealed envelopes. Inside each envelope will be one number, between one and thirteen.
27. The promotion host will draw one envelope at a time from the prize barrel to award the thirteen prizes. The number inside the envelope will identify which Finalist is awarded the prize in the order that it is issued.
28. The sequence of events for the Major Draw Event will run as follows:
a. 7:00 pm - Five (5) remaining Finalist positions drawn
b. 7:30 pm – Twelve Minor Prizes awarded
c. 7:45 pm approximately - Major Prize awarded.
Minor Prizes
29. The Minor Prizes will run in conjunction with the Major Draw Event on Thursday 19th June 2025 from 7:30pm.
30. The Minor Prizes are issued in the below order:
a. Winner 1: $200
b. Winner 2: $300
c. Winner 3: $500
d. Winner 4: $600
e. Winner 5: $700
f. Winner 6: $800
g. Winner 7: $900
h. Winner 8: $1000
i. Winner 9: $1100
j. Winner 10: $1400
k. Winner 11: $1800
l. Winner 12: $2500
Major Prize
31. The Major Prize will be drawn take place on Thursday 19th June 2025 at approximately 7:45pm, right after the 11 runner ups have been awarded their final prize.
32. The Major Prize is a Volkswagen T-Cross 85TSI Life in Pure White, valued at $34,990.01
General Terms and Conditions
2. Winners must be physically and personally present at Club Parramatta to claim their prize within the allotted promotion claim period and must sign in the ‘Winner’s Prize Log’ that their prize has been accepted. Winners will need to present valid identification, including proof of address The following forms of identification are accepted:
a. A current driver or rider license issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country
b. A NSW digital driver's license
c. Australian or overseas passport (proof of address must be supplied with an Australian passport)
d. NSW photo card
e. Proof of age card/identification card
f. Keypass (over 18) identity card issued by Australia Post
g. An Australian Defence Force identification card (+ proof of address)
3. Other forms of identification will be at the discretion of CHRG management, whose decision will be final.
4. Suspended, banned and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
5. Participation in the ‘Win a Volkswagen T-Cross’ members draw is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
6. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the EBET promotion system, EBET Member Rewards Kiosk and PA system) may be postponed or cancelled. Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding postponement or cancellation. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of cancellation on a weekly draw, the prizing of cancelled draws is forfeited, and the value of the cancelled draw will be added to the following week's weekly draw. Any Finalist positions for the Major Draw Event that are unawarded as a result will be redrawn at the Major Draw Event.
7. Proof of identity must be presented to claim a prize.
8. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
9. CHRG reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
