Castle Hill RSL ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th and December - Terms and Conditions
1. Castle Hill RSL Club ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ promotion will occur on Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th of December at 5pm and will conclude when all prizes allocated to that raffle date have been claimed
2. The ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ prize pool will consist of 80 Hams (made up of 30 full-leg hams and 50 half-leg hams) valued at $6,850.00 on both ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ dates
3. The ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ Promotion will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL Club, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154
4. Raffle Tickets are priced at:
a. $1 for 1 numbers
b. A $20 purchase of raffle tickets in a single transaction receives a bonus of twenty numbers for free.
5. ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ tickets can be purchased in person on the day of each raffle between 5pm and 7pm. Tickets will be available in Lucy’s Neighbourhood Bar.
6. Tickets can be pre-purchased online via RaffleTix until Sunday 7th December 4:30pm and Sunday 14th at 4.30pm.
7. Raffle Tickets/Raffle Numbers cannot be reserved.
8. Raffle Tickets will not be sold once sales to the ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ have been closed at 7pm on each raffle date
9. Prizes will be drawn using an OLGR-approved random number generator and announced by the MC utilising a microphone
10. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket is entitled to claim one prize.
11. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket will have 4 minutes to present themselves to the MC in the ‘Keno Lounge’ to claim their prize. A redraw will occur if no winner is found after 4 minutes This process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.
12. Castle Hill RSL CLUB LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL Club’ and ‘CHRG’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill NSW 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion.
13. Entry into the ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ promotion is subject to accepting these terms and conditions.
14. Winners must be physically and personally present at Castle Hill RSL Club to claim their prize.
15. Participation in the ‘Christmas Ham Raffle’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age of eighteen (18) and their guests. Employees of the promotor and their spouses and Directors of the promotor and their spouses will not be permitted to enter the promotion.
16. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the promotion system), the promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies, and negations will not be entered.
17. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill does not determine a winner.
18. Castle Hill RSL Club reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
