DMWR Architects developed the design and produced full construction information for this 25 storey, 836 bedroom student accommodation development, due for completion in July 2016. DMWR Architects was employed by RG Group post-planning to develop and provide full construction information for this significant city centre project. This student accommodation block in Portsmouth city centre, adjacent to Portsmouth and Southsea station consists of 836 student bedrooms spread over 24 floors, culminating in a 75m tall tower. The design also included reception areas, student common and study rooms, plus Council operated Market Trader lockup units at ground level.
