CHOICE | SECTOR has a core focus on providing and managing field resources in large scale catastrophe events. We develop customized federal and local government rebuilding programs for FEMA and Community Development Block Grant housing. Our services include damage assessments, quality control, and construction management.

Choice Sector provides professional personnel and management solutions for damage assessments, QA reviews, case management, and construction management. We do this in support of large-scale Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-DR, HMGP, HQS ) and other related government funded programs.

DAMAGE ASSESSMENT

At Choice Sector our inspectors, will perform a complete site inspection and evaluation of each applicant’s damaged property. This assessment of the property will include a SP recommendation for reconstruction or total loss evaluation, photographic and video documentation, required dimensions and graphical sketch, estimates with itemized scope of repair, visual mold investigation and visual environmental hazard assessment.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE

As the disaster recovery program evolves the requirements of each estimate and other deliverables will require additional assessments, corrections and requested revisions. Quality Assurance and Xactimate Collaboration Services ensure that all documentation and estimates pertaining to the results of any property inspection remain in alignment with program requirements at the time of the request.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction management inspections provide program management with reliable restoration progress determination and validation of work completion. The inspection results serve as verification of work performed and the applicant’s state of recovery to date. This documentation provides the critical information to program management in the determination of approved funding distribution.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS AT EVERY STEP IN THE PROCESS

Guidelines & Metrics

First step in the process agree upon client guidelines and metrics.

System Compliance

Diary management is critical to triggering client KPI and guideline compliance - which are monitored by our adjusters and management.

Intelligent Dispatch

Assignments are dispatched to the field adjuster and internal point of contact with client guidelines attached.

Inspection & Damage Estimate

Adjuster will contact the insured, inspect the loss, prepare the estimate and submit to Choice Sector.

100% QC File Review

Upon receipt, all estimates and reports go through a comprehensive QC inspection by our internal team based on client metrics and guidelines.

No Revisions Necessary

Files are thoroughly reviewed by qualified QC team members and no necessary changes are required. Estimate package is then submitted to client.

Minor Revisons

File is thoroughly reviewed by account qualified QC. Necessary minor revisions can be collaborated in house. Collaboration is required on less than 10% of all files. Once complete, estimate is submitted to client.

Major Revisions

File is thoroughly reviewed by qualified QC. For required large changes to the loss file and estimate, the file is sent back to field adjuster for revisions. Once revised, it goes back into the QC process review.
