Critical Core Supervisory Skills (CCSS 2.0)

CCSS 2.0 focuses on developing successful leadership strategies to motivate employee performance, resolve conflict, engage and retain employees, develop accountability standards, measure performance and develop effective coaching techniques. In addition, you will be assessing your level of leadership and developing growth opportunities to increase your effectiveness as a leader.

This session will focus on the motivational factors that drive performance along with a deep understanding of a person’s sense of self and necessary strategies for increasing it. A crucial factor in increasing a person’s ability to create deeper more meaningful relationships is to engage in reflection and feedback. Performance Management

In this session you will learn the value of coaching and be equipped with techniques to increase your coaching abilities with employees. Modules include: • Enhance the Performance Appraisal Experience • One–on–One Conversations • Reinvent Performance Management

Conflict Transformation

Difficult people can be a challenge at times, yet learning their underlying motivational drivers will assist a leader in influencing them in an effective way. Modules include: • Handling Conflict Situations • Coming to a Win–Win Resolution • Discover Trigger Points in Conversations

Leadership Influence & Accountability

In this session you will be focusing on two concepts; accountability and managing up. Managing up or influencing powerful people and being powerful in doing so is critical to gaining resources, permission and support. Modules include: • Key Influencing Tactics • Increase Accountability and Intentionality

Personal Reflection – Final Outcome

Evaluate the 360 feedback received from various individuals (self-selected) and examine how you are leading differently based on the new knowledge, skills and abilities acquired from this training.
