HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY STUDENT TESTIMONIALS CAILEY | HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY STUDENT

The healthcare academy not only allowed me to discover my passion for caring for others but also played a significant role in helping me solidify my career path as a Registered Nurse! Beyond personal experiences, it allows students to explore various healthcare careers, helping them decide their true calling and purpose in life. It’s an excellent resource for anyone seeking to uncover their interests and make informed career choices.

JAKE | PARENT OF A DUAL CREDIT STUDENT

My oldest daughter started the healthcare academy, thinking about her options in nursing. What she wasn’t expecting was the exposure to other career possibilities. She discovered the FireMedic program and never stopped driving towards her goals. She acquired her EMT license and worked for the local ambulance service before she even graduated high school. This opportunity served her and our community and has propelled her into her current career as a full-time paramedic and firefighter. The high school academy program is an amazing option for students to explore their options, have college credit paid for, and raise their sights above the horizon that traditional high school provides.

THOMAS | PRINCIPAL

Our partnership with CVTC has been very important to the success of our students. Through the different options CVTC provides, our students can get a head start on their post-secondary paths in areas they are passionate about. We look forward to continuing and growing our partnership for the betterment of our school community.
