Inspection standards for mirror products

• 1. Any defects that cause harm to users in actual use are not allowed.

• 2. Must comply with shipping market regulations and customer requirements.

• 3. Product functions must meet customer requirements or be consistent with the sample.

• 4. There shall be no appearance defects such as damage, breakage, abrasion, or fragmentation.

• 5. The mark/label on the product must comply with the regulatory requirements and be clear and clear.

• 6. The structure, appearance and material of the product must meet the requirements of the customer or be consistent with the sample.

• 7. The product should be sufficiently packed with materials of sufficient strength so that the goods can reach the destination warehouse in a marketable state.

Inspection standards for mirror products

• 1. When stitching the border with the mirror, the four corners must be vertical, and the filling material at all joints must be ground flat, and there can be no cracks.

• 2. The bottom and surface of the mirror must be perfectly stitched, there must be no cracks, and all kinds of joints must be seamless.

• 3. The outer frame of the mirror must be complete wood, and the frame cannot be spliced.

• 4. The quality of the packaging cardboard is good, (low recycling material), and must be able to withstand the weight of the mirror.

• 5. Need to use high-definition pixel photos, take some pictures of the front and back of the mirror, and take pictures of the joint of the mirror and the border.

Mirror packaging inspection standards

• 1. Box wheat, bar code, label (e.g. : price tag) should conform to customer requirements or consistent with the sample.

• 2. Packaging materials can prevent damage to the goods during transportation.

• 3. Diagrams, instructions, labels, warnings, etc. shall be clearly printed in the user language. • 4. Packaging must meet customer's requirements or be consistent with the sample.

5. The diagrams and instructions on the package must be consistent with the actual product and function. • 6. Cartons packing materials and methods must be approved by the customer.

Production Monitoring Report

• The report shows the situation at the inspection site. Check and verify that the goods meet the requirements of size, weight, packing and workmanship according to the information provided by customer. Work is good, function test is normal.
