•1.Strengthofframe,frontforkandhandlebarassembly
•Thevibrationstrengthtestoftheframeandthefrontforkassembly istentativelyscheduledtobeacomprehensivetesteverythree months.Theframe,frontforkandhandlebarassembliesshouldnot havevisiblecracks,andthereshouldbenopermanentdeformation betweenthecenterlinesofthefrontandrearaxles.
•2.Electricalsafetyinspection
•Rainproofmeasuresshouldbetakenforotherelectricalsystems. Theshellofthecarbodyandelectricalcomponentsshouldnotbe charged,andtheinsulationresistanceshouldbe≥2MΩ.After 1500V(basicinsulation),3750V(strengthenedinsulation),50HzAC for1min,thereshallbenoflashoverandbreakdown.Visual inspection,withvoltagetesterinspectioncanbe.
3.Plasticpartsinspection
Thesurfaceoftheexposedplasticpartsshouldbeuniformincolor, withoutflash,scratch,crackandconvexandconcaveappearance defectsandinjectiondefects.Plasticexposedpartspurchasedinbulk shouldnotappearcolordifferencesthatcanbeobservedbytheeye.
Plasticpartsshouldhaveuniformwallthicknessandsmoothsurface. Thematchingsurfacemeetsthematchingrequirements.
